Caren Wendt
President - Customer Relationship Manager
Ms. Wendt graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in Business Management and a BA in Psychology. She has six years of experience in direct sales, has managed a sales organization with over thirty representatives, and has an extensive background in customer and public relations. She joined the Spotless Cleaning team in 1991, and presently oversees all the account managers for the company.
Ms. Wendt designed and implemented the majority of our Quality Control, Risk Management, and Operations programs. Her keen sense of perception when conducting Quality Assurance walk throughs, coupled with her commitment to partnering with our clients, helped build our reputation as one of Austin's best, most reliable commercial cleaning services.
Hardy Dudgeon
Director of Operations
A long-time employee of Spotless Cleaning, Mr. Dudgeon has a record of providing quality, detailed service. Prior to joining our team, his background included working in the construction industry as a flooring and tile specialist, landscaper, and custom home builder. He has extensive experience managing crews with multiple employees. Mr. Dudgeon serves as Spotless Cleaning's primary point of contact and oversees all operations.
